RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For returns please contact us through DM and/or by email vaneamaboutique@gmail.com, and let us know the reason of the return.  You have 5 business days to contact us once the item(s) is received and 4 more days to send it back. The item(s) back to us need to be in their original condition, including all tags. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, an email will be sent with the total amount of the store credit for a period of 6 months. If credit is not used during this period, amount will loss.

If an item is received without tags, worn, altered, washed or damaged, the return will not be accepted.  If an item is received as such, the item may be shipped back to the customer.

Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are FINAL.

Accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, hats, etc...) cannot be returned or exchanged.
