Return and Exchange Policy
At Vane Amador Boutique, we strive to provide you with high-quality products. Please review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and pickups:
General Return Guidelines:
- For any return inquiries, please contact us via DM or email at vaneamaboutique@gmail.com, including the reason for the return.
- You have 5 business days from the date you receive the item(s) to contact us. After contacting us, you have 3 additional days to return the item(s) to us.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. If an item is received without tags, worn, altered, washed, or damaged, the return will not be accepted. In such cases, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Items with Rhinestones, Applications, etc.:
- Please note that items with rhinestones, appliques, or any embellishments cannot be returned or exchanged due to the delicate nature of these items.
Credit Store Purchases:
- If you purchase an item using store credit, the second purchase made with the credit is final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Sale Items:
- All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Accessories:
- Jewelry, sunglasses, hats, and other accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
Preorder Items:
- Please note that preorder items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales for preorder items are final.
Store Credit:
- Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, you will receive an email with the amount of store credit issued. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. If the credit is not used within this period, the amount will be forfeited.
Pickup Policy:
- For customers opting for pickup instead of delivery, the return/exchange days will start counting from the moment of the purchase. You will be notified once your item is ready for pickup.
- Please ensure you pick up your item within 8 days of receiving the pickup notification. If the item is not picked up within this time frame, it will be returned to inventory, and no refund or exchange will be provided.
- If you need to reschedule your pickup, please contact us as soon as possible.
